HRV Dojo is a wellness and biofeedback app for heart-rate variability training. This policy explains what data the app handles and, just as importantly, what the HRV Dojo developer does not collect.

## Summary

HRV Dojo does not track you. We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, crash logs, server logs, account data, location data, contact data, or any other data from the app.

The app is designed to process your heart-rate, RR interval, workout, readiness, breathing, and heart-event data on your device. We do not operate a server for HRV Dojo, and the app does not send your sensor or health data to us.

## Data Handled On Your Device

HRV Dojo may process and store the following data locally on your device when you use the app:

This information is stored locally by the app unless you choose to export, share, back up, or save it somewhere else.

## Apple Health

If you grant permission, HRV Dojo can write completed workouts and heart-rate samples to Apple Health. HRV Dojo does not request permission to read data from Apple Health.

Apple Health permissions are controlled by iOS. You can review or revoke HRV Dojo's Health permissions in the Apple Health app or in iOS Settings.

Data saved to Apple Health is handled by Apple Health and your Apple device settings. HRV Dojo does not receive that data back from Apple Health and does not send Apple Health data to the HRV Dojo developer.

## Bluetooth Sensors

HRV Dojo uses Bluetooth to connect to compatible heart-rate sensors. The app receives sensor data directly from the connected sensor so it can show live metrics and create local records.
