These Terms govern your use of HRV Dojo, a wellness and HRV biofeedback app. By using HRV Dojo, you agree to these Terms.

## Wellness Use Only

HRV Dojo is provided for wellness, training, breathing practice, recovery review, and personal self-tracking. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, monitor, or predict any disease, arrhythmia, medical condition, or emergency condition.

Do not use HRV Dojo as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or clinical monitoring. If you have symptoms that are severe, new, unusual, worsening, or concerning, seek professional medical care or emergency assistance.

## Sensor And Data Limitations

HRV Dojo depends on data from compatible Bluetooth heart-rate sensors and on calculations performed from that data. Sensor fit, signal quality, movement, device support, battery level, Bluetooth reliability, and artifact filtering can affect accuracy.

HRV metrics, readiness scores, coherence scores, heart-event captures, ECG-sample views, rhythm strips, flags, and pattern labels are informational wellness tools only. They are not arrhythmia detection, ECG interpretation, medical diagnosis, or clinical advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether HRV Dojo is appropriate for your circumstances and for using judgment when interpreting any information shown by the app.

## Your Data

HRV Dojo stores app records locally on your device and does not collect, track, log, or transmit your app data to the HRV Dojo developer.

You are responsible for your device, local app data, Apple Health permissions, backups, and any export files you create or share. Exported CSV, PDF, and JSON files may contain sensitive wellness, heart-rate, HRV, ECG-sample, workout, note, and tag data. Share export files only with people or services you trust.

If you choose to save workouts or heart-rate samples to Apple Health, Apple Health and your Apple device settings control that data.

## Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse HRV Dojo, interfere with the app, attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app except where allowed by law, use the app for unlawful purposes, or rely on the app for emergency response, medical diagnosis, or safety-critical monitoring.

## Ownership

HRV Dojo, including its design, code, text, graphics, logos, and other app materials, is owned by the HRV Dojo developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You keep ownership of the data you create with the app. These Terms do not give the HRV Dojo developer any right to collect or use your local app data.

## Apple App Store

If you downloaded HRV Dojo from Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for HRV Dojo, except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.
