This Privacy Policy explains how APPIKO LTD ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Blossom: Color Analysis AI, also known as Blossom (the "App").
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the App.
Blossom provides AI-assisted personal color analysis. To do that, the App may use your camera, process live camera frames on your device for face-positioning guidance, upload a captured photo to our analysis service, create an anonymous user identifier, process purchase and subscription events, and use analytics and attribution tools.
We do not use Blossom to identify you by face, verify your identity, or create a biometric identity profile. The App is for personal styling and color recommendations.
When you choose to take a selfie for analysis, the App captures a photo and sends it to our analysis service to generate your color-analysis result. The App also processes live camera frames on your device to help position your face before capture.
The live face-positioning frames are processed locally on your device using Apple Vision functionality and are not uploaded by the App for face positioning. The captured photo is uploaded only when you proceed with the color-analysis flow.
We process and may store or transmit the result generated from your photo, such as your seasonal color type, undertone, depth, chroma, subtype, color palette, and related recommendations.
The App stores your completed color-analysis result locally on your device so you can return to it later. Based on the current iOS app implementation, the captured photo itself is held temporarily in memory during the analysis flow and is not saved to device storage by the App.
The App may create an anonymous Firebase user ID. We may also process service identifiers, attribution identifiers, purchase identifiers, device identifiers, and similar technical identifiers from our service providers.
If you view paywalls, start a purchase, subscribe, cancel, restore, or otherwise interact with subscription features, we and our service providers may process purchase-related information such as product ID, subscription status, price, currency, paywall interactions, and purchase events.
Payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number or Apple ID password.
We may collect information about how the App is used, such as app launches, onboarding progress, feature interactions, paywall interactions, subscription events, analysis completion, general device and app information, attribution data, campaign data, and diagnostics.
