1. Summary (the short version)

Pepta, made by APPIKO LTD, is built to be private by design.

• Everything you enter stays on your device. Your medication, dose, weight, side-effect, and other tracking data is saved in local storage on your iPhone and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else.
• We have no servers and we collect nothing. Pepta does not create an account, does not require an email, and has no backend that receives your data.
• No analytics, no advertising, no third-party trackers, no SDKs that send data off your device.
• You are in control. You can edit or permanently delete all of your data from inside the App at any time.

Because we never receive your information, we cannot read it, sell it, share it, lose it in a breach of our systems, or hand it to anyone.

2. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to everyone who uses Pepta on iOS. It describes what data the App handles, where that data lives, and the choices you have.

Pepta is intended for adults managing their own treatment. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly process data from children. Because all data stays on the device and is never sent to us, we never receive children's data in any case.

You can use Pepta to record information about your treatment. Depending on what you choose to enter, this may include:
