These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RepFight, an iOS fitness game operated by APPIKO LTD ("APPIKO", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using RepFight, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use RepFight.

## 1. What RepFight is
RepFight turns real exercises, such as push-ups and squats, into game progress. The app may include boss battles, quests, camera-counted reps, XP, rankings, local stats, and leaderboard features.
RepFight is designed for fitness motivation and entertainment. It is not a medical product, medical device, healthcare service, diagnosis tool, treatment tool, or substitute for professional advice.
## 2. Apple App Store terms
If you downloaded RepFight from the Apple App Store, your download and use may also be governed by Apple's App Store terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement, unless a valid custom EULA applies through App Store Connect.
These Terms are between you and APPIKO, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for RepFight or for providing support or maintenance for RepFight, except as required by applicable law. To the extent required by Apple's terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for App Store downloads and may enforce them.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple App Store terms, the Apple terms apply to the extent of the conflict.

You may use RepFight only if you can legally agree to these Terms.
