These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Blossom: Color Analysis AI, also known as Blossom ("Blossom," the "App," "we," "us," or "our"). Blossom is operated by APPIKO LTD.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Blossom is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), available at:

If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA will apply where required by Apple.
Blossom provides AI-assisted personal color analysis. The App may use your camera, captured photo, face-positioning guidance, and color-analysis results to estimate your seasonal color type and provide style, color, outfit, clothing, and makeup recommendations.
Blossom is intended for personal styling and informational use only. It is not a medical, dermatological, biometric identification, professional fashion, or safety-critical service.
The App may create an anonymous account or user identifier to enable core functionality, analytics, purchases, attribution, and subscription access. You are responsible for your use of the App and for any activity that occurs through your device or account.
You agree not to use the App in a way that violates applicable law, infringes anyone's rights, interferes with the App, attempts to reverse engineer the App, or attempts to access systems or data without authorization.
To provide color analysis, the App may ask for camera access and may upload a captured photo to our analysis service. You are responsible for ensuring that any photo you submit is yours or that you have permission from the person shown in the photo.
You retain ownership of photos or other content you provide. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, store, analyze, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and support the App and provide the requested color-analysis features.
You must not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, or that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
Blossom uses automated analysis and curated style guidance. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, subjective, or affected by lighting, image quality, camera settings, makeup, hair dye, screen display, or other factors.
We do not guarantee that any color analysis, recommendation, palette, outfit suggestion, or makeup suggestion will be accurate, suitable, available, or appropriate for you. You are responsible for your own decisions based on the App's output.
