1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and APPIKO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered address at 5 Brayford Square, Suite 10079, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG, governing your use of the Pepta mobile application and any related features, updates, and content.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

In these Terms, "Appiko" refers to APPIKO LTD. If you use the App on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for them.

2. ⚠️ Medical disclaimer — please read

Pepta is a personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• All information in the App — including estimated medication levels, dose calculations, charts, trends, reminders, and progress indicators — is provided for general informational and self-tracking purposes only.
• Estimated medication levels are simplified approximations. They are not measurements, are not clinically validated, and may be inaccurate. Never use them to determine, change, skip, or time a dose.
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the guidance of your physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your medication, peptide use, dosing, or health.
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you saw in the App.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on the App.
• The dose calculator and reminder features are conveniences to help you keep your own records and routine. You are solely responsible for verifying any number and for taking your medication correctly and on schedule.

Pepta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any medication manufacturer or pharmacy. Brand and medication names are used only to let you record your own treatment and remain the property of their respective owners.

You use the App and any information in it at your own risk.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App. The App is intended for adults managing their own treatment and is not directed to children under 13 (or the local equivalent minimum age). By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
